Free Artwork Check.

Unsure how your artwork will print? Why not take advantage of our free artwork checking service by emailing your work across to
sales@sdpmedia.co.uk.

One of our team will then check over your artwork and let you know if it is ok to print, highlighting any potential problems with resolution, bleed or sizes.

Normally we should be able to check over a file within a couple of office hours, although this can be a little longer in busy periods.

Please don't forget to let us know what size you're looking to print!

Sending artwork.

When placing an order you will have the opportunity to upload, check and proof your artwork online before making payment.

If your artwork is not quite ready but you would like to place an order (for example to take advantage of a current offer) it is possible to upload or email your artwork at a later date in the following ways;

• Upload in 'My Account' area
• Email to the artwork team

Preparing Artwork

Well prepared artwork is the most important factor in creating a great printed product.

Although we can print from a very wide range of file types and formats to ensure the best possible result please use our prefered Artwork Specifications available on the adjacent panel

To help you create perfect artwork we have a selection of guides, templates and our free to use artwork checking service.

Prefered Artwork

• Format - PDF or JPEG
• Colour - CMYK
• Bleed - 3mm
• Safe Zone - 3mm
• Resolution - 300dpi
• Fonts - embedded/curves
• No printer marks/colour bars

When uploading files on our site our systems will carry out basic checks on your artwork highlighting problems. Please note that RGB & Pantones will be converted to CMYK which may affect the colours.
